The help desk is the main point of contact for technology support. Located in Buckley Center in room 018, the help desk is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for University holidays and closures. The help desk provides tier one support for network accounts, e-mail, UP hardware and software, telephony, web applications, and all other aspects of UP-supported technology.
