BUS 519 Program Evaluation: Measuring Outcomes

The course addresses various theories, research and practices found within the field of program evaluation. The emphasis is on the measurement of social outcomes and the determination of program effectiveness. The class examines needs and impact assessments, methods of collecting, analyzing and interpreting organizational data and information, and reporting evaluation results.
