ED 545 Leadership and Organizational Change

Candidates will enhance their capacity to successfully lead a change process designed for continuous school improvement. Specifically, candidates will explore the collaborative development of a data-driven, school-based, vision and mission, and examine the knowledge and skills necessary to design, implement, and evaluate successful school improvement change efforts.
