EGR 361 Analysis of Engineering Data

Basic probability and statistical analysis of engineering data. Methods and software for displaying data, commonly used probability distributions for discrete and continuous random variables, and statistical tools such as z-tests, t-tests, and linear regression are presented. Students are introduced to concepts of hypothesis testing and error analysis.
