ENV 349 Environmental Law and Policies
With a focus on the Pacific Northwest, this course examines how environmental problems arise, exploring how a progression of natural and human circumstances becomes an “environmental problem.” It surveys the laws, politics, and institutions that manage environmental issues and considers how these issues are reflected in broader national and federal policies.
