NRS 304 Nursing Inquiry for Professional Practice

This course explores the essential elements of, and process for, theory guided evidence-based nursing practice within the context of scholarly inquiry. Students will learn how to access, appraise, evaluate, and apply sources of evidence to make informed clinical decisions that improve patient safety and quality of care. Components of quantitative, qualitative, and ethical research will all be discussed.
