NRS 567 Communication and Relationships

Synthesizes communication research and theory for application to practice. Students will explore strategies to enhance their abilities to communicate effectively within the health care system and produce positive health outcomes. Course content focuses on interpersonal health care contexts, communication in organizational and group health care contexts, and managing friction in health care interactions.
