Technology Training

Information services provides a variety of ongoing training and support opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and the University community to enable them to use technology creatively and effectively. For general or personal technology training requests, contact or visit the University help desk located in Buckley Center room 18 at (503) 943-7000, or via email at: help@up.edu. To request a class, training session, or to receive information on how to implement technology in the classroom, contact or visit the academic technology specialist and trainer located in Franz Hall room 113 at (503) 943-7850, or  via e-mail at: training@up.edu. Visit the Information Services Support website for drop-in lab dates and times for help with web publishing, online form creation, Banner, data analysis, and electronic document management assistance.
