BUS 549 Business Data Communications & E-Commerce

This course provides introduction to fundamentals of data communications and E-commerce. The course is designed to provide students with a conceptual foundation for the study of data communications using the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) layered architecture model. Both technical and managerial aspects of data communications will be covered. The course introduces fundamental E-commerce concepts, business models, and technology infrastructure required for conducting E-commerce activities.
