Media Services

Media services provides audiovisual equipment, maintenance, repair, and related services for University classrooms, and for faculty, staff, and campus events. Equipment such as audio recording and playback decks, iPod recording kits, iPad labs, camcorders, cameras, digital video projectors, screens, smart carts, easels, flip charts, and laptop computers may be checked out or scheduled for delivery. Additional services include production assistance with instructional media materials (e.g., audio recording, duplication, video duplication, editing) and teleconferencing and video conferencing. Please contact media services at least one week in advance to discuss and plan any conference needs. 

Semester-long standing orders should be made a week before the semester begins, while one-time orders should be made at least 48 hours in advance. All requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Students requiring equipment or assistance should contact the digital lab in the Clark Library. Media services is located in Buckley Center room 18. Media services is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays during fall and spring semesters. During summer semester and other breaks, media services is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Media services is closed on the weekends.
