Software

Information services provides key software to the campus community. This software is available to students, staff, and faculty via the download center located at https://pilots.up.edu/group/main/tools. Software includes Microsoft Office, Frontdoor anti-theft software, and Symantec anti-virus software. 

Twice each year, information services asks faculty to provide their software requirements for the summer, fall, and spring computer classroom and lab software builds. Individual departments are responsible for funding specialized software. Information services requires compliance with all software copyright laws and regulations. Deep Freeze software has been installed on all computers in classrooms and labs that will bring the computers back to their original state when rebooted.
