The Technical Services Help Desk is the main point of contact for technology support. Located in Franz Hall Computer Lab in room 111, the help desk is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for University holidays and closures. For emergency assistance outside normal hours of operation please call public safety at 503.943.7161. The help desk provides tier one support for network accounts, e-mail, UP hardware and software, telephony, web applications, and all other aspects of UP-supported technology.
