ED 559 CAL Leadership Practicum

This practicum will be conducted at the district level and involve a field work to provide opportunities to participate in district leadership decision-making, policy design and implementation, uses of data and technology in communication, human resources, building positive community relations, and conflict management. Through action research, participants synthesize knowledge in these areas and enhance skills and dispositions.
