LDR 425 Applied Leadership Reflection

This is the capstone course for the University of Portland Leadership Certification Program. It is taken by students during their final semester in the program.  During this course students will update their leader development plan, write a personal values statement, explore leadership outcomes and competencies in depth, and write a leadership philosophy.
