Technology Help Desk

The Help Desk is the main point of contact for technology support. Located off the Franz Hall Lobby, the help desk is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for University holidays and closures. For emergency assistance outside normal hours of operation please call public safety at 503.943.7161. The Help Desk provides tier one support for network accounts, e-mail, UP hardware and software, printing, telephony, web applications, and all other aspects of UP-supported technology.
