Technology Help Desk
The Technology Help Desk is the main point of contact for technology support. Located off the Franz Hall Lobby in room 112, the Help Desk is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for University holidays and closures. For emergency assistance outside normal hours of operation please call Public Safety at (503) 943-7161. The Help Desk provides tier one support for network accounts, email, UP hardware and software, printing, telephony, web applications, and all other aspects of UP-supported technology.
