This course covers advanced structuring strategy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization, corporate governance and managerial incentives. Other topics include management of the acquisition process, the nature of information conveyed by financial decisions, and commonly used business valuation/financial modeling methods that can be applied to valuing various types of business combinations.
