PSY 472 Forensic Psychology

Explores human behavior related to the legal process & professional practice of psychology within legal system. Topics include eyewitness memory and credibility, police psychology, consulting & testifying, interrogations & confessions, profiling, insanity defense, and development of criminal behavior. Students investigate the varied ways in which psychology assists the legal system and are exposed to professionals in diverse areas of this field.
